Banana Bread 1,2,3
This banana bread is so easy; if you have bananas that are too ripe to snack on and you aren't a baker by heart then this is the recipe for you.
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1.5 cups flour (all purpose)
1/4 cup melted butter or 3 TBS Blood orange olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp or more of cinnamon, especially if you like cinnamon
Optional: Walnuts and chocolate chips
Directions:
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
Mash bananas in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except nuts and chips. Mix all of the ingredients by hand to combine. Stir in the nuts and chips and pour into greased 8x8 inch pan or loaf pan.
