Cauliflower Popcorn

1 small head cauliflower

1 Tbsp Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

Wash Cauliflower and cut into small popcorn-like florets. Toss with EVOO and above spices.

Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes, remove from oven, toss and continue to roast for another 10 minutes.
