Air - Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts - What do you think of when someone says Brussels Sprouts? Well, we happen to love them in the air - fryer and it is very easy to make as a side or even as a base for a cold salad.
Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts - preferably larger ones
Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Rinse and then cut the sprouts in half, length wise so they don't fall apart. Put the halves in cold water to soak between 10 - 30 minutes so they are more tender when you cook them.
Drain the sprouts and then pat dry, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Set air - fryer to 375 to cook the vegetable. After 5 minutes, shake the pan of the air - fryer to shake the vegetables and insert the pan back in to cook another 5 minutes.
