Olio Nuovo 2024

The first press of the Harvest season is always very special. It's a celebration that the harvest started and the new oil is coming. We just received Arbequina Olio Nuovo (New Oil), pressed in Northern California in Nov 2024. 

It is best within 3 months for that New Oil quality and intrigue. It is high quality oil that hasn't settled yet and has all of the natural nutrients and flavor throughout the oil.
