Herbs de Provence is a traditional blend of herbs that grow in the Provence region of France. This fragrant blend goes well with lamb, beef, chicken, pork, and vegetables. Toss potatoes, carrots, or cauliflower with olive oil and this mix for a wonderfully-scented side dish.
