Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

This is a refreshing, white balsamic vinegar that is a blush color. It is perfect for a fruit inspired salad with bold cheese like goat, feta or blue cheese. 
It can be served with spinach salad with fresh strawberries and nuts or seeds for a refreshing and light salad packed with flavor and protein if you add some chicken, crispy or grilled. 
Don't forget to make chicken in advance so you can use it on your salads for a day or two.
