Urban Accents Manchego and Roasted Garlic Veggie Roaster

Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower

1 tbsp Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera 

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp seasoning 

Directions:

Preheat oven 450 degrees F. Slice cauliflower into 1/2-inch "steaks" and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together olive oil, melted butter, and seasoning. Brush onto both sides of cauliflower steaks. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through. 

Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
